POSTECH 수학과는 2023년 봄 학기부터 본 학과에서 근무할 수 있는 방문 조교수를 초빙합니다.

1. 직 위 명 : 포항공과대학교 수학과 방문 조교수

2. 초빙기간 : 최초 1년, 그 후 3년 연장가능

(임용시기: 2023년 3월 1일 – 전 후 시작 시기 협의 가능)

3. 대우수준: 연봉 최소 6000만원

- 초빙기간 중 대학의 교수 아파트 사용 가능 (사용료 본인 부담)

- 연간 연구비 지급

4. 초빙분야 및 인원 : 수학 전 분야 1명

5. 자격요건

- 수학 혹은 관련 분야 박사학위 소지자

- 사립학교 교원 임용에 결격사유가 없는 자

- 영어강의가 가능한 자 (강의를 원하는 경우)

Visiting Assistant Professorship Position at Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH) Mathematics Department

The Department of Mathematics at POSTECH invites applications for the position of a Visiting Assistant Professor beginning in Spring 2023. The minimum salary is 60M KRW, negotiable, including benefits. Annual research grant is provided. Faculty housing is also provided at their own expense. Outstanding candidates in all areas of mathematics and statistics are welcome to apply. The initial appointment is for one year and the term is renewable afterwards up to three more years. A complete application should contain a cover letter, a curriculum vitae, teaching and research statements, and at least two letters of recommendation. One letter could be from a faculty member at POSTECH Mathematics Department. The recommendation letter should be directly sent to june1369@postech.ac.kr.
